Sabre Holdings, the well know international travel company, requires a SENIOR WEB DESIGNER to work for Travelocity, one of the 18 business units located in the new IT BUSINESS CENTER of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Travelocity seeks an experienced SENIOR WEB DESIGNER for its fast growing Latin America team to work on production focused projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of strong visual design ability, extensive hands on experience including HTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and good knowledge of accessibility, usability and SEO principles.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Creation of internal/external company web pages including graphics, animation, and functionality.
•Design web application layouts and on-line content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content, and infrastructure for new product release and new web-hosted product offering.
•Supports design/branding direction of the company in all projects. Supports design consistency across the Travelocity application.
•Interact with the other Customer Experience team members in Information Architecture, Design, UI Tech and Production, as well as leadership team and Creative VP, programmers and business teams to provide collaboration and smooth project delivery. Supports innovative processes to continually improve productivity and efficiencies.
•Utilizes key design principles and industry standards to ensure clear navigation, GUI, content design and ease of use for target audience; solicits feedback from end users to make modifications. Understands visual design principles including color theory, typography, layout, user interface elements and production techniques.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

•Bachelor degree or equivalent.
•Fluent Spanish and English speaking skills
•Advanced computer software skills.
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE
•Extensive experience in web page design, HTML, and web graphics types and standards.
•Previous experience leading or managing teams.
•Passion for travel a plus.
